Development Turns into
Product
EDAG’s prototype and
model fabrication centre is where concepts turn into physical
product. The work done by our team, including Topia in Japan and
other specialist suppliers in Australia, ranges from simple design
models to driveable presentation vehicles. Prototypes are created
in many different materials and processes, chosen to meet customer
requirements. Our services range from manufacturing pre-series
prototype tools and sheet-metal parts to manufacturing vehicle
shells and door panels. Simulated plastics parts are produced using
low pressure injected urethane, CNC milled models, fibreglass
lay-up, SLS and SLA processes. EDAG caters for ‘one-off prototypes’
through to ‘low volume production’.
Confidentiality and
Security
EDAG’s secure workshop facility is protected by a controlled access
system to ensure customer confidentiality and security.
End-to-End Services
EDAG Australia’s in house capability to provide end-to-end
Engineering, CAE, CAD and fabrication services places us in the
ideal position to service industry’s ‘Rapid Acquisition’ and ‘Longer
Term’ project requirements.
